With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John Martin Palmer Sr. of Smithsburg, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Palmer and Florene Palmer; and his sisters, Joyce Palmer and Mary Ellen Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Brenda L. Palmer (Hosfeld); his children, Bonnie Mittag of Smithsburg and John Palmer Jr. (Tisha) of Smithsburg, MD; his granddaughters, Katherine Henson (Sean) of Smithsburg, MD, Diana Warren (Corey) of Waynesboro, PA and Samantha Palmer of Smithsburg, MD; and his great grandchildren, Isabelle Henson, Baylee Warren and Rebecca Garrett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
