He was predeceased by : his parents, Horace Kirby and Katherine Ingram. He is survived by : his close friend Shirley Hartle; his siblings, Kathy Chambers of Smithsburg, MD, Diane Bishop of Glen Burnie, MD, Richard Kirby of Hagerstown, MD and Robert Kirby of Florida; his nephew Garrett Chambers; and his great-nephew Wilson Chambers. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
