She was predeceased by: her parents, David Dougherty and Jean Dickson; her husband William, Sr.; and her sister Lois Collins. She is survived by: her children, David (Eva) of Chicago, IL, Jill Fowkes (Bill) of Smithsburg, MD, William, Jr. of Tampa, FL, Donald (Morgan) of Wake Forest, NC and Debra of Sewell, NJ; and her stepsister Sonia Reidelbach of Ebensburg, PA.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson.
