He was predeceased by: his father Jeffrey Alan "Shorty" Cosens, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Sue Cosens (Hartle); his sister Cheryl Cosens; his wife Lisa Cosens; his stepchildren, James Whipp of Smithsburg, Kayla Whipp of Greencastle and Brittany McCaw of Waynesboro; and his grandmother Shirley Hartle of Hagerstown. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
