He is survived by: his wife Catherine L. Sprecher Cline (Webb); and his children, Cathy Hawse (Kevin) of Gerrardstown, WV, Melissa Kimble (Jimmy) of Williamsport, MD. and Robert Webb (Terri) of Smithsburg, MD. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
