He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Richard and Janet Alice Hollingsworth (Rodgers); and his brother Dwight Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his wife Jenny "Jen" Lynn Hollingsworth (Switzer); his daughter Karen Lynn Hollingsworth (Frank Vincent); his brothers, Keith, Terry and Brian Hollingsworth; and his pet Cooper.
