He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Enniss Schaller and Frances Elenora Shank Schaller; and his son Franklin Joseph Schaller, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Bonnie May Winders Schaller; his children, Shannon May Smith (Tommy) and Joel Franklin Schaller (Ryan); his grandson Corey Ryan Snyder; his sister Doris Richardson (Jerry); his niece Cheryl Obitts (Don); his nephews, Bud Ruths (Deb), Ed Ruths (Bobbi) and Lynn Ruths (Sebrina); his stepgrandchildren, Steven Smith and Jennifer D'Amato; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Steven Richardson, Isaac Ruths, Tanner Ruths, Taylor Ruths, Tiffany Snow, Jennifer McCoy, Alexis Alvarez and Janessa McCormick.
