We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2022, at the age of 95, Elizabeth Irene Barkdoll (Smithsburg, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ethel Winfield Frushour and Edgar Martin Frushour; her husband Walter "Pete" E. Barkdoll; her brothers, Lawrence and Dale Frushour; and her son-in-law Lawrence Keller, Jr. (Lib).

She is survived by : her daughters, Linda Keller and Joyce Coblentz (Allen); her grandchildren, Alex Coblentz, Jordan, Katherine Parsley, Derek, Bradley and Holden Coblentz; her great grandchildren, Aaden and Nicholas Coblentz; her siblings, Doris Smith, Laverne Bosley, Kenneth (Ann), Delphin (Betty), Alton and Gerald Frushour; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Norris, Kathryn Nave and Maxine Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 12704 Wolfsville Road, Smithsburg, MD 21783, to the St. Mark's Lutheran Cemetery, same address, or the Alzheimer's Association, 502 Washington Ave., Suite 300, Towson, MD 21204.
