She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Earl Harley and Pearl Elizabeth Harley; her husband Bernard Leroy Cramer; and her sisters, Virginia Bitner and Ada Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Lee Cramer of Smithsburg and Pamela Sue Gladhill of Smithsburg; her grandsons, Jason Gladhill, Joshua Gladhill and Chester Cramer; and her great grandchild Maverick Cramer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Washington County Community Action Council or the Washington County Humane Society.
