She was predeceased by : her parents, Irene Bachtell and Samuel Bachtell; her siblings, Delores Bumbaugh and Glenn Bachtell; her granddaughter Tiffany Dayhoff; and her son-in-law Michael Dayhoff.

She is survived by : her husband Terry D. Stevens; her children, Craig Stevens, Brian Stevens and Lori Stevens; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Stevens, Megan Dayhoff, Christian Stevens, Paige Dayhoff, Faith Gunnoe and Taylor Stevens.
