He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee G. Harne and Donald; and his brothers, Rev. Eugene Harne and John Harne. He is survived by: his wife Pamella B. Harne (Griffith); his sons, Richard L. Harne (Terri) of Forest, VA and Paul L. Harne (Elaine) of Mercersburg, PA; his grandchildren, Kellan Hogye (Mike), Garren Harne (Lindsay), Ryan Harne (Yulia), Travis Carbaugh (Lindsay) and Jamie Watts (Eric); his great grandchildren, Michael Hogye, Rowan Hogye, Brayden Harne, Evan Harne, Caroline Carbaugh and Addison Carbaugh; and his siblings, Rev. A. Paul Harne, Howard Harne, Helen Dagenhart, Nancy Sell and Debbie Cadle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
