He was predeceased by: his parents, David Augustus "Peck" Starleper and Geraldine Mae Starleper (Derr); and his siblings, Phyllis Hoffman, Judy Myers and Ronnie Starleper.
He is survived by: his wife Jacquie Starleper (Moats); his daughter Wendi Starleper; his sister Barbara Malott of Missouri; and his stepchildren, Johni Dell Jordan, Pam Downin (Rich), Dale Beard (Julie) and Tim Beard (Beth). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
