He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his sons, David (Shannon Dinges), Steven (Amy Dinges), Blaine (Jenny Whipp) and Chad (Carrie Whipp); his sister Terry Smith of Boonsboro, MD.; his brother-in-law James Edwards of Littlestown, PA.; his grandchildren, Cody Bechtol, Allie, David W., Zoey, Aidan, Cody Keiper, Ryan, Collin Dinges, Cole, Bristol, Cassie, Jesse and Lainey Whipp; his great grandchild Caroline Bechtol; and his friends, Todd, Donna Crum, Bradley, Emily and Naomi of Frederick, MD.. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, along with many great nephews and nieces.
