He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph O.. He is survived by: his parent Wilda Barnett (Myers); his wife Karen Barnett; his children, Megan E. Jaye and Kevin Jaye (Lauren); his sister Nancy Gayle Radwanski (Andrew); and his granddaughter Claire Jaye.
