He was predeceased by : his mother Doris Stevens (Bachtell). He is survived by : his father Terry Stevens; and his siblings, Brian Stevens, Lance Stevens (Brandi), Lori Stevens and Carrie Dayhoff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
