She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward William Bailey, Sr. and Kathryn Louise Bailey (Bricker); and her husband Frank Bell. She is survived by: her children, Julie Fitz (Don), Richard Barlup, Jr. (Jane) and Shari Metzger (Rick); her siblings, Edward Bailey, Jr. (Carolyn) and Faye Benshoff (Robin); and her grandchildren, Jason (Ruby), Joel (Megan), Taylor (Courtney), Trevor (Elaine), Jennifer (Billy) and Logan (Briana). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
