It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Raymond Slick (Smithsburg, Maryland), who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Maurice" Slick and Mary R. Slick (Wiles). He is survived by: his wife Darlene V. Slick (Houser); his children, Pamela "Pam" Kint of Smithsburg, MD, Kathy Brock of Nashville, TN and Marty Higgins of Hagerstown, MD; and his close friends, Chuck Baker, Cinda and Mark Deyton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to J.L. Davis Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
