He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoy Moser and Mary Moser (Blickenstaff); his wife Darleane Doris Moser (Kline); his brothers, Warren Moser and Ronald Moser; and his great grandchild Olivia Emmett Rich.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Emmett, Debra Kelley (Colin) and Vicki Thomas (James); his grandchildren, Christopher, Jamie, Danielle (Jonathan), Kelly (Brian) and Mistie (David); his great grandchildren, Jonathan Rich, Grant, Gavin Bush and Josh Thomas; and his sister Judith Routzhan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
