He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane (Sine) and Charles Franklin Kretzer; his brother Frank Kretzer; and his half-siblings, Larry Kretzer, Ricky Kretzer, Theresa Tate and Linda Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Lapole of Sharpsburg, MD and Charles Kretzer, Jr. (Olivia) of Hedgesville, WV; his grandchildren, Steven, Matthew, Bradley and Ayla; his girlfriend Loretta Barthlow; and his half-siblings, Eugene Kretzer and Marlene Barger. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
