He is survived by: his wife Susan E. Blake (Smith); his children, Charles Blake, Jr. (Meghan), Richard Blake (Sharon), Brenda Cowan and Linda Callahan; his siblings, Teathian "Sonny" Blake, Dolly, Joan and Mildred "Teenie"; and his grandchildren, Kirsten, Hunter, Jarrett, Melissa, Crystal, Jonathan, Tawni and Kayla. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
