It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Elaine Sowers of Smithsburg, Maryland, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Daniel Myers and Essie Norford Myers (Daughtery); her son Douglas W. Weatherholtz; her grandson Logan G. Sowers; and her brother Oscar D. Myers, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Steven E. Sowers; her children, Stephen Weatherholtz (Trina) of Hagerstown, MD, Michele Migneault of Hagerstown, MD, Crystal Weatherholtz of Falling Waters, WV and Greg Sowers (Jolene) of Hagerstown, MD; her sister Jacalyn Walsh of Big Pool, MD; and her pets, Sophia and Patches. She is also survived by five grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.
