She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Elvin Fleagle and Bertha Pearl Fleagle (Diehl); and her siblings, Ada, Lorraine, Naomi, Violet, Ruth, Irene, Lloyd, Vernon, Leon, Dan, Don, Leroy and Wayne.
She is survived by: her husband Clyde M. Rowe; her sons, Dwayne Rowe (Debbie) and Tim Rowe (Cindy); her grandchildren, Angela Rowe (Iain), Sara Rowe (Bren), Brianna Rowe and Benjamin Rowe (Courtney); her great grandchild Bryson Rowe; and her brother Theodore Fleagle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
