She was predeceased by: her parents, William Burnham (Bill) and Marguerite Burnham (Shaw); and her husband Lloyd Richard Martindale Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lloyd Richard Martindale III (Sharon Cooper), Paul Andrew Martindale (Catherine Goddard) and Cynthia Ann Snider; her grandchildren, Michael Fassbach (Brandon Dart), Katherine Fassbach, Melanie Martindale (Garrett Welch), Nicole Snider (Mefi Monteros), Lindsey Snider, Casey Martindale, Jason Martindale and David Martindale; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Nicholas, Nathanial and Josephine.
