He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Otis and Retta Arlitta; his brothers, Lawrence and Eugene (Virginia); his children, Carey McDaniel (Randy), William E. Marr (Cynthia) and Rebecca Osborne (Brian); his granddaughters, Shannon, Allison, Jessica, Emily, Isabelle and Hannah; and his brothers, Donald and Thomas. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Bill finally gave up his struggle against Alzheimer's and left us in 2019.
