He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifton Mills, Sr. and Cleo Foreman Mills; his son Wilbert Mills, Jr.; his siblings, Clifton Mills and Naomi Harris; his wife Audrey Mills; his daughter Andrea Hines (Steve); his granddaughter Shayla Hines Graham (Johnny); and his sister Shirley Ricks. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
