She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas A. Moats; her son Douglas A. Moats (Carol); and her great grandchild Jaxx Theoharis. She is survived by: her daughter Karen M. Theoharis (Tim); her grandsons, Douglas and Alexander Theoharis; and her great grandchildren, Vinny and Eleni. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
