He is survived by: his wife Lu Elko; his children, Gail Brownlee (Bob) of Deale, MD, Lucille McGuirk (Mike) of Jackson, CA and Vince Elko, Jr. (Sally) of Brunswick, GA; his granddaughter Gaylen (Steve) of Deale, MD; his great grandchildren, Jeremiah and Warren; his sisters, Anna Lee Von Richter, Kathleen Forlenza and Louise Fisher; and his son Vincent. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
