He was predeceased by: his parents, Bing Q. Chin and Toy King Woo Chin; and his sister Karen Moyer. He is survived by: his wife Joan S. Chin; his children, Elaine S. Chin, Irene S. Chin, Michele C. Costigan (Scott) and Kwok Lang Chin; his grandchildren, Caymen A. Hanesworth, Caris R. Costigan and Evan S. Costigan; and his sister Esther K. Dan.
