She is survived by: her son Jason Davis; her grandchildren, Anthony Davis and Ola-Imani Davis; her great grandchildren, Nirvana, Nazareth and Neziah Davis; her adoptive son Rick Tisdale; and her sisters, Lilly Motley and Evelyn Hines. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
