He is survived by: his wife Ilene Mathews Shelton; his children, Ryan Shelton (Jodi), Cary Shelton (Julianne), Wayne Shelton (Raechel), Lory Baird (Jeff) and Sharla Shelton; and his siblings, Boyd, Jim, Rick and Meladee.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (3790 East-West Hwy, Hyattsville, MD 20782). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the George Washington Cemetery (9500 Riggs Rd, Adelphi, MD 20783).
