She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Wade, Tiffaney Mills and Melanie Levy; her granddaughters, Faith Wade and Savannah Mills; her siblings, Sylvia Greene, Julie Boone, Denise Williams, Vicky Champion (Gail Levy) and Mark Levy; and her nephews, Steven Levy and Mannie Levy. She is also survived by her family, friends.
