With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Tolbert (Silver Spring, Maryland), who passed away on September 19, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband George Tolbert, Jr.; her children, Karen Travers, George Tolbert III (Marla) and Janice Saunders (Fred); and her brothers, Joseph Young (Frances), James Young (Anne) and Harold Young. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
