She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Schechter. She is survived by: her children, Linda Schechter and Dr. Ronald Schechter (Dara); her grandchildren, Nicole Schechter (Howie Goldstein) and Noah Schechter; her great grandchild Corinne Belle Goldstein; and her sister Evelyn Perchick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
