We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2022, at the age of 95, Shewaye Degefu of Silver Spring, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Col. Asfaw Andarge; and her parents, Fitawrari Degefu Kidane and Weyzero Wederelesh Berhanu.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to her favourite homeless shelter Shepard's Table.
