He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Moulton and Rosemarie M. Moulton. He is survived by: his wife Isabella Moulton; his children, Jessica R. Newman (P. J. Newman) of Dayton, MD and Mark F. Moulton (Carolina Calle) of Silver Spring, MD; and his grandchildren, Sophia R. Newman, Annabella R. Newman, Joseph P. Newman, Leonardo L. Moulton and Vivian A. Moulton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
