With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Salvatore Caruso of Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on May 8, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Caruso and Luigi Caruso. He is survived by: his wife Myra Miller-Caruso; his children, Jody Caruso Thompson, Barbara Caruso Gorin (Jay Kirkland), Gino Caruso (Gila) and Julia Walsh; his grandchildren, Blake (Leah), Ross (Lucy), Paul Thompson, Djennesy Borges, Jonathan Caruso, Loranne Jaramillo (Dionicio), Kevin (Evvy Feinberg), Joe Walsh (Bethany) and Chelsea Timmons; his great grandchildren, Wagner Machado Neto, Dionicio, Melody Jaramillo of Joseph, Wesley Vaz Ferreira, William Walsh, Vinicio Salvatore Caruso Jaramillo, Isla Walsh, Millie Thompson and Asriel Vaz Ferreira; his sister Rosetta Caruso-Grimm; and his brother-in-law Calvin Cohen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and an ensemble of friends.
