She is survived by: her spouse Augustus L. Clay, Jr.; her children, Augustus L. Clay, III, Kathryn R. Clay, Karen M. Clay and Lisa H. Clay; and her grandson Augustus L. Clay, IV. She is also survived by her husband, daughters.
