It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosemary McPhillips of Silver Spring, Maryland, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on May 19, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Vincent Quigley and Rosemary Cannon Quigley; her former husband Hugh McPhillips; her brothers, Bernard, James and Leonard Quigley; and her sister-in-law Connie Quigley.
She is survived by: her children, Maureen McPhillips Allen (Michael) of Denver, CO, Dr. Brian McPhillips (Janice) of Hingham, MA, Michael McPhillips (Terri) of Columbus, OH and Anne-Marie McPhillips (Ralph Quintanilla) of North Potomac, MD; and her grandchildren, Jennifer McPhillips, Brendan Allen, Colin McPhillips, Michelle McPhillips, Julian Allen, Denis McPhillips, Casey Quintanilla, Emily McPhillips and Halle Quintanilla. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
