She was predeceased by: her husband Gilio Jack Osti. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Hanyok (Robert); her grandsons, Matthew Hanyok (Mary) and Christopher Hanyok (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Jack and Timothy Hanyok; and her brother Joseph Galio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
