It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roeda Ellen Miller (Silver Spring, Maryland), born in Parsons, West Virginia, who passed away on May 23, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Miller and Ruth DeVilder Miller; and her sister Nancy. She is survived by: her aunt Nola DeVilder.
