He was predeceased by: his wife Ann G. Ford; and his son Jeff Ford (Susan). He is survived by: his children, Gary W. Ford (Pat) and Judye Osborne (Joe). He is also survived by grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
