He is survived by: his wife Wanda Willoughby Martin; his children, Kelleye Martin Chube (C. Randall Chube) of Oak Brook and Eric Russell Martin of Rockville; his siblings, Barbara Martin Tatum (Richard Tatum), Carol Urquhart Carter and Keith Cook Martin (Dawn Martin); and his grandchildren, Corbin Robert Chube and Kendall Nicole Chube.
