It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert James Gallagher of Silver Spring, Maryland, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Ann Jelen; his brother Philip Gallagher (Ann Neale); his stepchildren, Cathy Boney, Christine Jelen (Jack), William Jelen Tom (Michelle) and Joe Jelen (Garry); his grandchildren, Amanda, Sarah, Michael, Kathleen, Patrick, Brian, Clara, Victor, Valerie, Satch, Delaney, Avery and Finn; and his nieces and nephews, Marianne Reiff, Cathy Jaffe, Beth Gallagher, Helen Percy, Joe Reiff, Phil Reiff, Paul Gallagher and Kevin Gallagher.
