He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anna Hofmann and Robert Hofmann; his wife Mindy; his children, Jake and Zoey; his siblings, Deborah Custer, Dale Hofmann, Darhlene Currier and Mellisa Carlson; his sister-in-law Melanie Lindewurth; his father-in-law Melvin Kurtz; and his brother William Hofmann. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Due to covid, only 50 people are permitted on site.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Georgetown Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, or a charity of your choice in his honor.
