Rita Therese Rohr Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2022, at the age of 78, Rita Therese Rohr of Silver Spring, Maryland, born in Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Paul Charles Rohr; her children, Paul Rohr, Jr., Elizabeth Parke (William), Jennifer Goode (John) and Robert Rohr (Donna MacLeod); her siblings, Anne Dowling, Bill Bauer and Mary Maxwell (Jack); her grandson Robert Parke; her brother Robert; her sons, Liam and Seamus; and also, Bryn (Maya Evohr), Erwin, June, Don (Patty), Kevin (Jessica), Ben, Phil and Bill. She was also cherished by her children and many grandchildren.
A tradition that originally began as a way for Rita's mother-in-law to help care for the babies, Paul and Rita only missed summer camping trips when they were living out of the country and when the camp was closed for the pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Girl Scouts of Connecticut, Hartford Service Center, 340 Washington St, Hartford CT 06106 or Calumet Lutheran Ministries.
