Molyneaux; her grandchildren, Noelani Berkholtz, Mathew Berkholtz, John Allbert Berkholtz, Gregory William Tipton, Victoria Molyneaux, Nicholas Molyneaux and John William Mikael Molyneaux; and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Patrick, Molly, Evelyn and Augie Berkholtz.
