He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou Botkin. He is survived by: his children, Patty Miller (Randy) of Frederick, Maryland, Jim Botkin (Teri) of Jacksonville, Florida and Rob Botkin (Mary) of Columbia, Maryland; his grandchildren, Zach Staeven (Traci), Aaron Botkin, Ben Botkin, Alex Botkin and Jordan Bentley; his great grandchild Elliott Staeven; and also, Rebecca, Visiting Angels and Pastor Randy Miller.
