Quan is survived by: wife Monglan Thi Nguyen; children, Ly Truc Hoang, Thuc Truc Hoang (Mark Lobergh), Dzue Truc Hoang (Mai Nguyen), Tran Truc Hoang (Vu Tien Nguyen), Thy Truc Hoang (Dung Tien Tran) and Uyen Truc Hoang (The Van Vu); and brothers, Dac Huy Hoang (Mon Thi Nguyen) and Joseph Tu Van Hoang.
