It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Bloom of Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on December 27, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Stuart I. Bloom; and her parents, Norman Baylin and Mollye Baylin. She is survived by: her children, Jodi Bloom, Michael Bloom Bloom (Lori) and Stephanie Bloom-Schwartz (Robert Schwartz); her grandchildren, Molly Bess Bloom Kowalski, Ethan Arrowood, Alex Arrowood, Britni Bloom and Courtney Papacchioli Papacchioli (Mark); her great grandchildren, Kaia and Presley Papacchioli; and her siblings, Lee Baylin (Sharon) and Arlene Swerdloff.
