“I am deeply saddened to hear about Paulette’s passing. I’ve known Paulette since 1990 when I joined Fairfax County government. Her smile was always broad and warm and we always checked on each other whether we were going to apply for the same job. Paulette and I are mothers of sons and I can tell you she loved David. I never heard her complain anything negative about her David. I am stunned and heartbroken. My deepest condolences to David and to Paulette’s entire family. RIP Paulette.”
